How We Work
How we work
Every engagement begins with the decision the client has to make, not with a method. We work backward from that decision to the evidence it requires, and we say plainly what the data can and cannot support.
We build measures that hold up in the populations they are used on, test whether instruments drift when they leave the settings that validated them, and treat a false alarm as a real cost rather than a rounding error. Analysis is pre-specified, assumptions are stated, and limitations appear in the body of the report, not a footnote.
Findings are written for the people who act on them: plain-language conclusions in front, the technical appendix behind, so a program director and a methodologist reach the same understanding. JNP Industries is veteran-founded, led by a U.S. Army signals intelligence veteran and published researcher, and delivers through a bench of specialist methodologists, statisticians, field researchers, and policy analysts assembled to fit each project.
